Overview Zenith Tech, a Walbec Group company, is seeking a Concrete Foreman in Southeast Wisconsin to manage construction projects on roads, highways, and bridges. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork within a family‑focused, progressive culture.
Responsibilities
Accurate reporting of materials, equipment, and hours of work.
Management and safety oversight of crew personnel and the public.
Operate power equipment and other machinery as required.
Assist the Superintendent or other management with additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record; CDL desired but not required.
High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Reliability, punctuality, and dependability.
Ability to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and in variable weather.
Willingness to travel to project sites; company vehicle provided.
Member of a local trade union or willingness to become a union member.
