Bridge Construction Piledriver Foreman
Join Northeast Asphalt, part of the Zenith Tech family within the Walbec Group, to lead bridge construction pile driving crews. This role is based in Hannibal, MO.
Responsibilities
Accurate reporting of materials, equipment, and hours.
Managing and ensuring the safety of crew personnel and the public.
Maintaining regulatory compliance and safety measures.
Coordinating and supervising activities of one or more crews.
Assigning crews to their respective duties and making sure they have the appropriate training and tools.
Assessing the most efficient way to complete jobs without sacrificing safety or quality.
Qualifications
Background in bridge construction piledriving.
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Reliability and punctuality.
Ability to work varied hours (nights, early mornings, weekends).
Willingness to work in variable weather, dirty, and dusty environments.
Member of a Local Carpenters/Piledriver Union, or willing to become a union member.
