Residential Coordinator (ICF Residence) – Bronx

$66,000 - $72,000 per year plus a comprehensive benefit package.
Essential Responsibilities:
Directly supervise non‑nursing clinical and consultant team members within the assigned region, including interviewing, hiring, training, appraising performance, rewarding, disciplining employees, and addressing complaints.
Ensure ongoing compliance and quality assurance with State and Federal regulations applicable to all agencies and programs assigned.
Coordinate and supervise the interdisciplinary team process to meet programmatic needs.
Coordinate services for individuals under the Home and Community Based Services Waiver.
Oversee training provision for all staff in management systems, SCIP techniques, behavior management, documentation systems, individualized habilitation programs, and mandated training areas.
Provide managerial oversight and coverage during vacancy or absence of regular management staff, as assigned by the assistant director.
Supervise non‑medical clinical and consultant staff and coordinate all medical clinical and consultant staff within jurisdiction.
Interpret agency and departmental policies, procedures, and safety regulations for staff.
Initiate or suggest plans to motivate staff to achieve program goals.
Regularly perform staff supervised activities.
Assist in developing new residential facilities, including physical plant, admission/discharge, and administrative systems.
Conduct investigations for personnel and program participant related issues within the region.
