Associate Director of Supply Chain

for a large, complex manufacturing site in Sumter County, SC.

This is a senior plant leadership role overseeing planning, procurement, materials, logistics, and execution, with strong alignment to global supply chain and plant leadership.

Key highlights:

Site-level supply review & capacity planning

Leadership across planning, inbound/outbound logistics, materials flow & sterilization

Strong financial ownership (budgets, cost optimization, capital inputs)

Ideal background:

15+ years in manufacturing with deep supply chain leadership

Experience leading supply chain for a manufacturing site or large-scale operation

Lean / Operational Excellence mindset
