What you will be doing as the Senior Director of Operations: Have full operational accountability for their manufacturing site, supporting high-volume, medium-mix production within the fast-growing data center business. Oversee end-to-end site operations, including manufacturing, quality, safety, engineering partnership, and supply chain execution, while leading a large, diverse workforce. responsible for delivering operational excellence across all areas of the site—driving performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement. Partner closely with business unit leadership, supply chain, engineering, and key customer stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment. Drive execution of production plans while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, cost, and delivery targets. Scale operational capacity and capability to support business growth and evolving customer requirements. Own site-level operational metrics and performance reviews, driving corrective actions as needed. Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, engineering, finance, and program teams to ensure seamless execution. Build, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team and engaged workforce.
What you will need as the Senior Director of Operations: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or related field required; advanced degree strongly preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience leading site-level manufacturing operations within electronics or complex industrial manufacturing environments. At least 4+ years of direct people management experience, including leading and developing managers and senior leaders. Deep understanding of high-volume production, systems integration, and operational scaling. Strong financial and operational acumen, with experience managing site budgets and cost structures. Demonstrated success implementing lean, Six Sigma, or similar operational excellence frameworks. Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams and develop strong leadership benches. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels. Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
