Primary Purpose

This role serves as the Compliance Officer for Cornerstone and oversees all aspects of the Trust Operations function. The incumbent will design and implement operations systems to streamline business operations and maximize revenue while managing process and people. This position requires the ability to translate strategic vision into actionable tasks and to serve as the AML/BSA expert internally, creating proactive compliance policies and procedures to mitigate risk. The role is hybrid with some in‑office expectations and the opportunity to work remotely. Candidates must live in, or be open to relocating to, Sioux Falls, SD. Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of Trust Operations Lead Trust Operations and Administrative staff Manage, implement, and own all technology solutions, including updates and employee training Research and recommend changes when necessary Manage new initiatives and efficiency projects Ensure compliance and due diligence through monthly, quarterly, and annual processes Create and maintain an internal audit program Serve as AML/BSA Compliance Officer Prepare quarterly and annual reporting for SDDB and participate in annual audits Continuously improve processes by analyzing existing ones and optimizing for accuracy and efficiency Identify priorities and opportunities for interdepartmental improvements Analyze data to support decision making Implement business strategy under direction from the President Preferred Qualifications And Skills

AML/BSA Expertise (Required) Expertise in trust operations (Required) Demonstrated ability to provide quality and proactive solutions to clients Ability and desire to help grow the organization while maintaining exemplary client service Proactive in seeking and acting on feedback to implement changes as necessary Willingness to contribute in a small office environment, even when tasks are outside of one's primary skill set Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Creative problem‑solving ability Professional and technical discretion on matters of significance Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and solve problems Strong written and verbal communication skills Meticulous follow‑up skills Excellent customer‑service skills Exceptional attention to detail Time‑management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Analytical and problem‑solving skills Strong supervisory and leadership skills Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately Capability to thrive in a high‑paced, sometimes stressful environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Who Should Apply
