Find out more about our mission at***About the job:**** Provide end-to-end HCP leadership for the Zone, ensuring delivery of the global strategy through local execution and alignment with brand and science priorities. Champion integration of HCP into brand planning, capability building, and partner engagement. In this role you will Reporting to: Zone GM (Partner to HCP Global Commercial Head)***Main responsibilities:**** Provide end-to-end HCP leadership for the Zone, embedding KPIs in brand and field cycles.* Drive Zone-level planning, governance and performance, ensuring adoption of toolkits and omnichannel activation.* Lead the Zone HCP leadership team (Brand Activators, Omnichannel Lead, Strategy & Partnerships).* Partner with medical, digital, and brand/commercial stakeholders to deliver “One Face to HCP.”* Oversee Zone HCP investment and ensure balanced resource allocation.* Ensure compliance and governance across all engagements.***About you:**** **Experience:** 10+ years in healthcare marketing, HCP engagement, or field force leadership. Knowledge in leading multi-market teams and driving performance.* **Skills:** Deep understanding of science & commercial integration. Strong people leadership, stakeholder management, and KPI-driven governance. Local market experience is a must.* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or science; advanced degree preferred.
