Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
Salary Range: $22 to $24 per hour plus commission

Counter Sales Rep at NorthEast Electrical is the ideal position for a person who has a passion for taking care of customers. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will provide retail and professional customers with a high level of customer service; as well as maintaining the appearance of the store and ensuring it is displayed in a clean and organized manner.
What a typical day looks like in this role:
Taking orders over the phone, in person, and via our Digital Tools.
Entering stock, special, direct, and back orders as required.
Providing customers with information and demonstration of our online solution for fast and easy ordering through our website.
Providing support to the Branch Manager in the transferring, warehousing, receiving, and shipping of stock and special material.
Displaying and stocking material in counter and showroom. Participate in promotions as they occur.
Performing other duties as required or directed by Manager.
What we are looking for you to bring us:
Strong computer skills with emphasis on Excel and website navigation.
Strong customer service and communication skills, electrical or construction experience helpful.
Ability to adapt quickly to changes.
Dependable and strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a team setting.
Physical requirement: Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 75 lbs using manual and PIT equipment.
