Brasco /// is seeking a talented and organized Account Manager who is passionate about our work and driven to help clients succeed.
In this role, you will support account leadership and collaborate closely with our creative and digital marketing teams to manage and execute a variety of integrated projects.
We are looking for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, guiding cross-functional teams, and delivering outstanding results for our clients. You should be comfortable managing long-term creative, digital marketing, web, and advertising initiatives from strategy through execution.
To succeed in this position, you will need to be a proactive problem-solver, confident in leading client communications and project workflows, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
You should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple complex campaigns with precision.
This is a Raleigh-based position with the expectation of in-office collaboration at our headquarters a minimum of three days per week .

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage integrated marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery on time, on budget, and in scope – bringing a track record of real-world project success. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organization across all tasks – juggling multiple projects, deadlines, and moving parts without letting anything fall through the cracks. Demonstrate a true passion for marketing, staying energized by creative problem-solving, and driven to deliver outstanding results for clients. Effectively manage timelines and resources, proactively identifying potential roadblocks and keeping projects aligned with schedules and client expectations. Serve as a strong communicator across all channels – email, phone, meetings, and presentations – ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability with clients and internal teams. Approach client work with positivity, professionalism, and a solutions-focused mindset, even under pressure. Set and manage clear expectations with both clients and team members to foster trust and ensure smooth collaboration. Cultivate and nurture meaningful relationships with clients, becoming a trusted partner who understands their goals and advocates for their success. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or communications preferred. 3+ years experience working in an agency setting, on a marketing communications team, or in a multi-faceted marketing position is preferred. Ability to manage projects with precision. Proven skills with being organized, deadline driven, and ability to effectively communicate across teams with a strong understanding of marketing, PR/communications, and digital Proven ability to be a strong contributor on projects while working collaboratively and independently. Experience and proficiency using Microsoft programs including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, in addition to Google Docs and Slides is required. Experience and skill in copywriting, content creation, and digital marketing is preferred. Detail oriented, organized, and deadline driven is very important. Must have positive vibrancy and be excited to help others. Experience working with and managing projects that pertain to marketing, branding, web, online/SEO, and PR/communications is a must.
