Brasco /// is seeking a high-energy Account Manager, Strategic Brand Communications & Public Relations who does more than just manage projects - they shape them. This role is designed for a hybrid communications professional, who blends traditional client service excellence with the sharp instincts of a PR strategist. You won't just be a point of contact; you will be a core contributor to our clients' strategic communications, PR initiatives, and brand narratives. We are looking for a proactive storyteller who can identify "newsworthy" opportunities within a client’s business and translate them into successful integrated marketing and PR campaigns. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communications & PR:
Lead the discovery, development and execution of PR and communications plans, contribute to client deliverables, support media relations strategy, story and media pitching, event promotions, and executive thought leadership. Account Growth & Strategy:
Proactively identify opportunities for clients to expand their footprint. You aren't just fulfilling requests; you are bringing new, strategic ideas to the table that drive ROI and grow the account. Narrative Ownership:
Act as the "voice of the brand" for your accounts, ensuring that all creative, digital, and PR work aligns with a cohesive brand strategy. Content & Storytelling:
Work closely with the creative team to oversee content strategy, ensuring that social media, blogs, and earned media efforts are working in harmony. Client Partnership:
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing high-level consultation on market trends, competitive positioning, and reputation management. Integrated Project Leadership:
Oversee the lifecycle of multi-channel campaigns (Digital, Creative, Web, and PR) from high-level concepting through to technical execution and reporting. Qualifications
Experience:
4‑6+ years of agency experience. We are looking for someone who has successfully operated as an Account Manager, PR Specialist, or Brand Strategist. PR & Media Savvy:
Proven track record in strategic communications, including media outreach, crisis comms, or brand positioning. Consultative Mindset:
Experience in organic account growth – you know how to spot a client's business problem and propose a marketing/PR solution. Exceptional Writing:
You must be a strong copywriter capable of moving between a punchy social post, a professional press release, and a persuasive client pitch. Marketing Integration:
Deep understanding of how PR interacts with SEO, Paid Media, and Social Strategy to create a "surround sound" effect for brands. Local Roots:
