We are seeking a new Sales Manager to join our team and motivate and grow our Sales team.
Position Overview The Sales Manager will oversee, develop, and motivate our sales team to meet and exceed revenue goals. This leader will drive performance through coaching and training and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales professionals to hit monthly goals.
Develop and implement sales strategies, pricing initiatives, and promotional programs
Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and sales activity to ensure continuous improvement
Conduct ride-alongs, one-on-one coaching, and performance reviews
Foster a high-energy & customer-focused sales culture
Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members
What We’re Looking For
Multiple years of sales leadership experience, ideally in HVAC, home services, or related industries
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
Strong communication, coaching, and motivational skills
Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive performance
High integrity and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Strong organizational and time-management skills
A growth mindset and willingness to innovate
