Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting an experienced Sales Administrator to be responsible for assisting the sales team. The role requires a large percentage of direct client interaction. This may be remote via phone and email or face to face at exhibitions. You will be responsible for achieving a set of personal and team measures of performance (KPIs) and will be measured against the success of these objectives.
Major Areas of Responsibility
Serving as the main point of contact for Sales Team
Managing phone calls, emails and other correspondence
Scheduling meetings, client/customer appointments and travel arrangements
Basic Order Processing & taking payments
Updating and maintaining office records, filing systems and databases
Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams
Attend meetings and training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills in parallel with existing training resources and sources of information
Creating and maintaining a well‑organised, efficient office environment
Personal Specifications
Strong written communication skills
Excellent personal and time management skills
Good working knowledge of MS Office Packages
Ability to develop strong internal and external working relationships
Flexibility
Working hours: 08:30am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday.
Salary: £25,459 Per Annum.
This is a Full time, Permanent position.
