Duties And Responsibilities
Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with emphasis on fast and friendly service. Assist customers with product suggestions and make intercom announcements. Engage in suggestive selling and other sales techniques via telephone, intercom, and one-on-one interactions. Answer and respond to incoming calls appropriately; resolve customer complaints and escalates to Store Director as needed. Assist with planning daily operations and monitoring production processes following company procedures and profitability goals. Trim, cut, wrap, tray, display, and water produce. Build produce displays, rotate stock, and discard outdated or spoiled products. Ensure cleanliness of work area and department. Implement effective promotional and seasonal displays. May be responsible for operation and maintenance of Salad Bar and Fresh-Made areas (where applicable). Follow and maintain department standards and requirements, including Fresh-Made and product freshness. Seniority level
