Assistant Aquatics Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the hiring, training, and management of our swim instructors, trainers, and deck supervisors.
Provide exceptional customer service to our clients as it relates to our aquatics program.
Ensure the highest safety standards are maintained and company policies are consistently enforced.
Travel occasionally to nearby locations as needed for business operations.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a management role with direct leadership responsibilities.
Must currently have or can obtain Lifeguard, CPR/First Aid, and WSI certifications.
Proven strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
A positive attitude and a genuine team‑first mindset.
Availability of at least two weekdays until 9:00 PM and one weekend day (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM).
