Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the sales lot
Build rapport and establish trust with customers, both in English and Spanish
Guide customers through vehicle selection by asking the right questions and listening to their needs
Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles in a professional, knowledgeable manner
Explain vehicle features, performance, and available optionsHandle objections, negotiate pricing, and close sales in accordance with dealership standards
Follow the full sales process from initial contact to delivery
Communicate regularly with Sales Management regarding goals, performance, and customer activity
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Minimum 1 year of sales experience strongly preferred (or strong desire to learn)
Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
High energy, enthusiastic, and motivated
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid, clean driver’s license
