motivated, bilingual (Spanish/English) Business Development Center (BDC) Consultant

Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, texts, and emails
Assist Spanish- and English-speaking customers with sales inquiries
Schedule appointments for the sales department
Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM
Provide excellent customer service and represent the Nissan brand positively
Qualifications:
Fluent in
Spanish and English
(required)
Strong communication and phone skills
Customer service or call center experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, but not required)
Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM software
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
