Job Overview: As a Content Creator and Brand Strategist at The Agency Recruiting, you will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that enhances our brand presence and engages our target audience across social media, email, and direct contact. You will create high-quality content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, and our website, to promote our services and establish our agency as a thought leader in the recruiting space.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Develop and produce original engaging content including blog posts, social media updates, infographics, videos, and more. Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and messaging.

Content Strategy:

Strategize, create, and implement a comprehensive content strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement.

Brand Development:

Contribute to building and maintaining our brand’s identity through consistent and impactful content. Develop a deep understanding of our brand values and audience needs.

Social Media Management:

Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure content aligns with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives.

Trend Monitoring:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging content formats to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

Experience:

Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, Marketer, or similar role.

Skills:

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Proficiency in content creation systems and social media platforms.

Creativity:

Strong creative skills with the ability to generate fresh and innovative content ideas.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to tailor content for different audiences and platforms.

Analytical Abilities:

Familiarity with branding best practices and experience using analytics tools to measure content performance.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
