Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding customers’ needs. Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions for each person, family, or business. Represent our company and the Cricket brand with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Assist leaders with store operations and duties. Achieve sales goals and KPIs, which can lead to extra bonus payments. Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless as required; reasonable notice will be provided. Job Qualifications
Fluent in two or more languages; this position requires English and Spanish. Clear communication skills, positive attitude, and technical aptitude. Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity. Retail sales background is helpful but not required. At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions. Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong social media presence preferred. Reliable transportation to the location and live within 30 minutes of the home store, with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district. Ability to operate a personal computer. Adhere to the team color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance. Working Conditions
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds. Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking. May be required to stand for long periods to provide customer service (with or without reasonable accommodation). Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to follow instructions to completion. Problem‑solving under pressure. Seniority Level
