Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate and understanding each customer’s needs. Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions for individuals, families, or businesses. Represent Mobilelink and the Cricket brand with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Assist leaders with store operations and duties. Achieve sales goals and KPI targets to earn extra bonuses. Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless as part of the role. Employees will receive reasonable notice of scheduled events. Job Qualifications
Fluency in English and Spanish (or two or more languages). Clear communication skills, strong attitude, and technical aptitude. Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity. Retail sales experience helpful but not required. Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions. Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Good social‑media presence preferred. Reliable transportation to the store location. Live within 30 minutes of the home store and able to work at multiple locations within the district as needed. Ability to operate a personal computer. Adherence to Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance. Working Conditions
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds. Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking. Will stand for long periods to provide optimal customer service. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Follow instructions to completion. Resolve problems under pressure.
