Role Responsibilities
Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate toward and understanding customer needs.
Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
Represent our Company and the Cricket brand with utmost professionalism and courtesy.
Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
Achieve sales goals and KPIs (which can lead to bonus payments).
Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless as a condition of employment.
Job Qualifications
Fluent in two or more languages; English and Spanish required.
Clear communication skills, positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
Background in retail sales helpful but not required.
At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong social media presence preferred.
Reliable transportation to the store location; live within 30 minutes of a home store and able to work at multiple locations in a district.
Ability to operate a personal computer.
Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
Working Conditions
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking tasks.
Require ability to stand for long periods while providing customer service (reasonable accommodation available).
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Follow instructions to completion.
Problem solve under pressure.
