Account Executive – Outside Sales
We are looking for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Outside Sales Professional to join our busy team in El Paso, TX.
Do you want to build a book of business in a booming industry? We are a nationwide temporary staffing firm that specializes in light industrial positions (manufacturing, logistics, etc.). We need go‑getters with mid‑level B2B/outside sales skills, high energy, reliability, collaboration, and a goal‑driven mindset.
Base Pay Range $55,000.00/yr – $60,000.00/yr
Compensation includes base salary, uncapped commission, bonuses, car & trip incentives, benefits, and a matching 401(k).
Responsibilities
Seek out new clients and build/maintain strong, successful relationships.
Lead opportunities through the sales cycle: prospecting, opening new accounts, and account management.
Close revenue and meet/ exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
All forms of communication, written and verbal, with supervisors, peers, clients, and/or subordinates.
Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships; develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintain them over time.
High level of networking and communication skills with a desire to build long‑lasting working relationships.
Outside B2B sales experience required.
Proven track record in B2B sales.
Understanding of staffing industry margins.
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Bilingual in Spanish/English required.
Staffing industry experience a plus.

Getting information—observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
Making decisions and solving problems—analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution.

Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships—developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time.
