What You’ll Do
Prospect & Connect
– Reach out to local businesses, introduce Clearwave Fiber, and uncover their connectivity needs.
Learn & Grow
– Develop sales skills through training, mentorship, and hands‑on experience.
Build Relationships
– Establish trust with customers and become their go‑to partner for telecom solutions.
Manage the Process
– Use our CRM to track opportunities, follow up with prospects, and keep your pipeline moving.
Collaborate for Success
– Work with your Sales Manager and team to hit goals and celebrate wins.
What We’re Looking For
A strong interest in B2B sales and a passion for learning.
Great communication skills – confident speaking to people and building relationships.
Self‑motivation and a drive to set goals and crush them.
Comfort with technology – basic computer skills and a willingness to learn CRM tools.
Valid driver’s license and transportation to meet local customers.
Benefits
$40,000 – $50,000 DOE base + uncapped commission potential.
