Description Springs Window Fashions is hiring a District Sales Manager for our SunSetter business unit to support and service our Northeast and Southeast Regions. The role is remote-friendly but prefers candidates within 50 miles of a major airport.

Responsibilities

Organize a call plan based on Target Markets to identify new dealers based on fit.

Travel to conduct in‑person analysis when necessary; roughly 25–40% travel.

Utilize the existing Target Market file to narrow focus on areas needing new or improved dealer distribution.

Search for qualified prospects using the internet to find competitive manufacturers, shade adjacencies, and existing home improvement companies.

Develop a robust tracking system to consistently reach out to prospects through outbound calls and emails and archive conversations.

Screen potential prospects using the Ideal Candidate Profile and take notes on dealer fit.

Conduct focused call campaigns by segment to determine strong candidate fit.

Build Quarterly Deep Dive report‑outs based on dealer network performance and evaluate underperformers.

Work with strong performers to expand into additional territories.

Set clear expectations and gain commitments with robust tracking timelines.

Help turn around underperforming dealers and decide on removal from the program if needed.

Facilitate strategic conversations and build win‑back contracts; track win‑back rates.

Manage inbound “Become a Dealer” requests.

Upon approval, provide an overview of the account to leadership for addition to the network.

Solicit feedback from current dealers for new contacts.

Partner with marketing, customer service, product, and SWF teams to align best practices.

Assist with enrolling new dealers into signed terms and onboarding.

Recommend edits to the Sales Ops Specialist.

Participate in weekly sales meetings.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related fields (preferred).

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, particularly within a dealer network.

Experience onboarding new accounts and evaluating fit.

Outstanding organizational skills and ability to set and achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.

Proficiency building metrics to track goals.

Results‑oriented self‑starter with a track record of driving measurable results.

Strong analytical skills and data‑driven insight to drive strategy.

Excellent planning, time‑management, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Capacity to work effectively in a fast‑paced, competitive, dynamic team environment.

Strong problem‑solving skills and proactive creativity.

Ability to travel by car.

Computer literacy and ability to learn new software.

Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Dynamics, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Valid driver’s license.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual base salary $70,000–$90,000 (depending on geography, skills, experience).

Quarterly bonus up to 30% of eligible wages per incentive compensation program.
