DIBS is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven Account Executive to join our Field Team, reporting to the Regional Field Manager.

This role requires a strong, consistent presence in Ulta Beauty stores to drive meaningful sales impact.

As the face of DIBS in your territory, you will bring our brand vision to life through field selling, coaching, education, and elevated store experiences. You will also hire, train, and develop freelance talent who extend your impact in key markets.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Brand Awareness, In-Store Presence & Sales Growth

Maintain strong, consistent in-store presence to influence teams and drive sales.

Produce sales through hands‑on selling, building store relationships, and elevating execution.

Develop door‑specific action plans to improve productivity and conversion.

Use sales reporting to identify trends and prioritize high‑impact stores.

Ensure all retail locations meet brand standards and visual guidelines.

Relationship Building & Retail Partnership

Build trusted relationships with all levels of Ulta staff & brand partners.

Deliver ongoing education, business reviews, and collaborative planning.

Assess inventory needs and advocate to minimize out‑of‑stocks.

Events, Training & Field Execution

Lead all aspects of in-store events including planning, execution, and recaps.

Deliver compelling education and artistry to build brand confidence.

Coach retailers and freelancers to increase SPH and UPT.

Hire, Develop & Retain Freelancers

Recruit and hire freelancers who align with DIBS values.

Schedule and manage freelancers according to business needs and budgets.

Coach and inspire freelancers to meet sales expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS

3–5 years AE or AC experience in beauty (Ulta/Sephora/Nordstrom preferred).

Proven track record of in-store sales success and event execution.

Experience managing and motivating freelance teams.

Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and analytical skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Passion for beauty and retail experience.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours.

Travel up to 50%.

Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Reliable transportation required.

This role is contemplated to cover CALIFORNIA and NEVADA but territories are subject to change at the Company's discretion.
