as an Account Executive. This role drives brand success across assigned territories, leading a team of freelance beauty artists and partnering with Ulta Beauty leadership to deliver exceptional experiences and strong sales results.
Responsibilities
Motivate, train, and influence freelancers, Ulta leadership, and beauty advisors to sell Morphe products.
Accountable for sales and growth in the territory.
Support in-store sales, education, and eventing to impact brand awareness and productivity.
Analyze sales by door and implement strategies to drive sales in each account.
Evaluate brand merchandising to ensure high-level representation.
Establish relationships with Ulta leadership teams to discuss performance and exceed objectives.
Execute impactful store events that meet brand standards.
Follow budget parameters and use resources to achieve goals.
Maintain timely communication with retail partners and Forma team.
Write and manage freelance & event schedules.
Requirements
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills to coach and provide feedback.
Excellent artistry skills: confident makeup artist who demos products while selling and coaches Ulta employees.
Drive to grow Morphe and build relationships.
Passion for beauty and eagerness to learn.
Organized: detail-oriented in sales analysis and planning to schedule freelancers across regional doors.
5+ years industry experience; Ulta experience required.
Minimum 2 years Cosmetic Account Executive or 5 years Account Coordinator experience (or equivalent).
Superior training and motivational abilities.
Sales results analysis, forecasts, and promotional impact.
Basic knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
Eye for visual merchandising.
Capable of working in fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
Effective communication skills with customers, peers, and management.
Experience with MS Word and Excel.
Ability to travel and work weekends.
Valid driver’s license required.
Salary: $71,000 - $80,000. Full-time. Mid-Senior level in Los Angeles, CA.
