Role Responsibilities

Provide extraordinary customer service and understand customer needs.

Offer tailored solutions to customers, families, or businesses.

Represent Mobilelink and the Cricket brand with professionalism and courtesy.

Assist leaders with store operations and duties.

Achieve sales goals and KPIs to qualify for additional bonus payments.

Job Qualifications

Fluent in at least two languages; English and Spanish required.

Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and technical aptitude.

Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.

Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.

Minimum 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.

Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Strong social media presence preferred.

Reliable transportation to the store location.

Live within 30 minutes of the home store location, with flexibility to work at multiple locations.

Ability to operate a personal computer.

Maintain a neat and professional appearance in accordance with the Team Color policy.

Working Conditions

Lift up to 10 pounds.

Be able to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking.

Stand for long periods to provide customer service.

Work in a fast‑paced environment.

Follow instructions to completion.

Solve problems under pressure.
