Compensation
Very competitive base salary and uncapped commissions with overall target compensation of $87,000–$105,000 per year.

About the Position The Outside Sales Representative is the frontline for Omni Fiber, primarily through residential door‑to‑door selling. You will increase the subscriber base through face‑to‑face and in‑home sales presentations. The role is accountable for growing Omni Fiber customers within assigned markets in Mansfield, New Washington, Ashland, and Shelby. Assigned territories may change based on business needs. Comprehensive training is provided.
Responsibilities
Conduct face‑to‑face sales presentations at residential properties to engage homeowners and showcase features and benefits.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas by selling Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services door‑to‑door.
Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, address concerns, and establish strong relationships ensuring customer satisfaction.
Work Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (hours may vary by weather and season).
Comply with all company policies, sales guidelines, and ethical practices.
Qualifications
Strong desire to succeed in a quota‑driven sales role.
Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state‑required auto insurance.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Positive and outgoing demeanor with confidence to approach customers and handle rejection professionally.
Willingness to adapt to changing schedules, locations, and sales strategies.
Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and phones.
Use of personal vehicle required; travel reimbursements provided at IRS rate.
