Join Omni Fiber as an Outside Sales Representative in the Ashland Region. Earn a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with an overall target compensation of $87,000–$105,000 per year. Receive a $5,000 performance sign‑on bonus.

Base salary plus uncapped commissions with target compensation of $87,000–$105,000 per year.

About the Position:
The Outside Sales Representative is the face of Omni Fiber, primarily via residential door‑to‑door selling. You are responsible for increasing the subscriber base through face‑to‑face and in‑home sales presentations. This role is accountable for growing the number of Omni Fiber customers within assigned markets in Mansfield, New Washington, Ashland, and Shelby. Comprehensive training is provided.
Responsibilities:
Conduct face‑to‑face sales presentations at residential properties.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas by selling Omni Fiber’s internet, voice, and TV services door‑to‑door.
Build rapport, understand customer needs, address concerns, and establish strong customer relationships.
Scheduled work hours Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (subject to change).
Comply with all company policies, sales guidelines, and ethical practices.
Qualifications:
Strong desire to succeed in a quota‑driven sales role.
Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state‑required auto insurance policy.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Positive, outgoing demeanor with confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
Willingness to adapt to changing schedules, locations, and sales strategies.
Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
Use of a personal vehicle is required; mileage reimbursement at IRS allowable rate.
