Compensation

Very competitive base salary and uncapped commissions with overall target compensation of $87,000-$105,000 per year.

About The Position The Outside Sales Representative is the face of Omni Fiber, primarily via residential door-to-door selling. You are responsible for increasing the subscriber base through face-to-face and in-home sales presentations. This role is accountable for growing the number of Omni Fiber customers within assigned markets in the Clyde region, surrounding communities of Clyde, Ballville Township, Fremont, Green Springs, Tiffin. Comprehensive training is provided.

Responsibilities

Conduct face-to-face sales presentations at residential properties to engage homeowners and showcase our products.

Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas by selling Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services door-to-door.

Build rapport, understand needs, address concerns, and establish strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.

Scheduled work hours: Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (subject to change based on weather conditions and seasonal adjustments).

Comply with all company policies, sales guidelines, and ethical practices while conducting sales activities.

Qualifications

Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.

Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Positive and outgoing demeanor with confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.

Willingness to adapt to changing schedules, locations, and sales strategies based on market conditions and company priorities.

Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.

Use of a personal vehicle is required. After traveling 50 miles roundtrip in your assigned territory, you will be reimbursed at the existing allowable IRS rate. Travel outside of your territory will also be reimbursed at the IRS rate per mile incurred.
