About The Position

The Outside Sales Representative is the face of Omni Fiber, primarily via residential door‑to‑door selling. You are responsible for increasing the subscriber base through face‑to‑face and in‑home sales presentations. This role is accountable for growing the number of Omni Fiber customers within assigned markets. This position for the Bucyrus region will primarily operate within the surrounding communities of Bucyrus, Mount Gilead, and Upper Sandusky. Assigned territories may include other locations within a 25‑mile radius and are subject to change based on business requirements.

Comprehensive training is provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas by selling Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services door‑to‑door to residential customers in assigned territories/communities.

Canvass local communities and conduct in‑person visits to prospects and existing customers to sell new services and recommend product upgrades.

Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Hours are subject to change based on weather conditions and seasonal adjustments.

Qualifications

Strong desire to succeed in a sales role.

Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state‑required auto insurance policy.

Use of a personal vehicle is required. You will be reimbursed at the existing allowable IRS rate after traveling 50 miles roundtrip in your assigned territory; travel outside of your territory will also be reimbursed at the IRS rate per mile incurred.
