Compensation

Very competitive base salary and uncapped commissions with overall target compensation of $87,000-$105,000 per year.

$5,000 Signing-Performance Bonus for achieving targets in first 90 days.

About the Position The Outside Sales Representative is the face of Omni Fiber, primarily via residential door-to-door selling. You are responsible for increasing the subscriber base through face-to-face and in-home sales presentations. This role is accountable for growing the number of Omni Fiber customers within assigned markets. The position for the Upper Sandusky region will primarily operate within the surrounding communities of London, Upper Sandusky, Mount Gilead, and Bucyrus. Assigned territories may change based on business requirements. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

Responsibilities

Conduct face-to-face sales presentations at residential properties.

Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas by selling Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services door-to-door.

Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, address concerns, and establish strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Work Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (subject to change based on weather conditions and seasonal adjustments).

Comply with all company policies, sales guidelines, and ethical practices.

Qualifications

Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and minimum state-required auto insurance policy.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

A positive and outgoing demeanor with confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.

Willingness to adapt to changing schedules, locations, and sales strategies based on market conditions and company priorities.

Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.

Personal vehicle required; reimbursement at IRS rates for travel.
