Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary & Commissions:
Very competitive base salary and uncapped commissions with overall target compensation of $87,000‑$105,000 per year.

About the Position The Outside Sales Representative is the face of Omni Fiber, primarily via residential door‑to‑door selling. You are responsible for increasing the subscriber base through face‑to‑face and in‑home sales presentations. This role is accountable for growing the number of Omni Fiber customers within assigned markets. The position will primarily operate within the surrounding communities of London, Upper Sandusky, Mount Gilead, and Bucyrus. Please note that due to the regional nature of this role, assigned territories are subject to change based on business requirements.
Comprehensive training is provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Responsibilities
Conduct face‑to‑face sales presentations at residential properties to engage homeowners and showcase the features and benefits of Omni Fiber services.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas by selling Omni Fiber’s internet, voice, and TV services door‑to‑door to residential customers in assigned territories.
Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, address concerns, and establish a strong customer relationship, ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Work Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with hours subject to change based on weather and seasonal adjustments.
Comply with all company policies, sales guidelines, and ethical practices while conducting sales activities.
Qualifications
Strong desire to succeed in a quota‑driven sales role.
Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state‑required auto insurance.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Positive and outgoing demeanor with confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
Willingness to adapt to changing schedules, locations, and sales strategies based on market conditions and company priorities.
Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
Use of a personal vehicle is required; reimbursement at IRS rate after 50 miles roundtrip and for travel outside the territory.
