What You’ll Do The Lease Account Manager secures long‑term full‑service leases, cultivates contractual maintenance business, develops and maintains excellent customer relations, and manages accounts to deliver the highest level of customer service.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of full‑service truck rental and leasing experience.
Achieve all aspects of annual quota.
Basic understanding of business finance.
Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting.
Exceptional customer service and closing technique skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Computer knowledge.
Principal Responsibilities
Meet sales quota, selling multiple product lines including full‑service leasing and complete compliance maintenance packages.
Work directly with all facets of the organization in a team environment.
Create opportunities to build and grow business.
Use CRM tool to manage prospects, customers, forecasts, and daily operations.
Be accountable to the team, collaborate on internal and external solutions, and make decisions daily.
Meet with Velocity customers daily to ensure satisfaction.
Work with internal teams to solve critical customer issues quickly.
Devise solutions to create a positive, long‑lasting customer experience.
Construct vehicle specifications that best suit clients.
Build strong relationships, replacing or adding vehicles as needed.
Compensation
$60,000 – $75,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
Plus commission.
Full‑time position.
Physical Requirements
Must pass post‑offer drug test, physical, and background check.
