Senior Relationship Manager I – CRE
First Financial Bank invites you to apply. The Senior Relationship Manager, ICRE is the most senior level lender, booking the largest and most complex deals and acting as a resource to the ICRE team. They will be responsible for the overall management of clients within the portfolio, attainment of the regional PTPPI and adherence to the LOB strategy. They will participate in the achievement of corporate sales and service goals to build customer (external/internal) relationships and enhance shareholder value.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities
Responsible for being knowledgeable about the region’s client base and delivering quality service.
Thoroughly understand and be able to communicate the LOB’s strategy.
Assist the RM’s in structuring and pricing loans, generating fee income and deposits.
Manage the PM’s so that the portfolio is being properly maintained and serviced.
Help the team achieve their regional PTPPI goal.
Maintain the team’s pipeline in Salesforce.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
10+ years of relationship/account management experience selling real estate loans.
5+ years leading, mentoring, and motivating others.
Demonstrated sales and negotiating experience.
Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups in managing customer relationships.
Education and Preferred Qualifications
Undergraduate degree required – Accounting, Finance or Business preferred.
Preferred knowledge and skills: Credit and sales training, portfolio management, customer service, management and training of employees.
High level of complexity pertaining to structuring, pricing and credit analysis.
Supervisory Responsibilities May manage others.
Compliance The associate is responsible for meeting all compliance requirements imposed on First Financial Bank by State and Federal law and regulation, as well as all related First Financial Bank policies and procedures. This includes all Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, OFAC and Suspicious Activity reporting requirements, as well as all other lending and deposit compliance requirements.
Pay Range $125,000 – $206,000 per annum.

Incentive Eligibility All roles are incentive eligible with the exception of Co‑Op, Intern, or Student positions.
