to build lasting client relationships and guide success on our platform. In this role you will develop trusted advisory relationships, ensure ongoing value from our software, and identify growth opportunities for clients. Responsibilities
Cultivate and manage long‑term customer relationships. Maintain consistent, positive communication and conduct regular client check‑ins. Promote the Keycentrix brand and products. Provide product demonstrations, training, and guidance. Proactively solve problems while gaining deep understanding of client needs. Identify and facilitate revenue‑generating opportunities with clients. Review customer complaints and concerns to improve the overall experience. Demonstrate a learning attitude and seek to understand client needs. Establish milestones to keep team members on task to deliver as promised. Understand customer goals, workflows, and challenges to ensure successful use and adoption of our software. Qualifications
Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in customer service or a customer‑success position. Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction. Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience. Exceptional communication skills and ability to foster positive business relationships. Strong technical understanding and ability to explain product information related to customer business needs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of accountability, personal organization, and ability to manage complexity. Reliability, consistency, and follow‑through track record. Experience managing multiple accounts, projects, and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Pharmacy industry knowledge preferred. Prior experience in a software‑technology environment preferred. High level of alertness, concentration, accuracy, and time‑management. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field strongly preferred. Ability to communicate effectively. Summary
