Brief Description The primary duty of the Account Manager is to develop lasting relationships and guide clients on their journey as a trusted advisor. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with clients, ensure they receive ongoing value from our platform, and identify opportunities to help them grow. This position is focused on customer loyalty and building close, long-term client relationships, and proactively looking out for the client’s business, suggesting new and innovative ways to succeed with our products.
Responsibilities
Cultivates and manages long-term customer relationships
Maintains consistent, positive communication and productive relationships through regular client check‑ins
Promotes the Keycentrix brand and products
Provide product demonstrations, training, and guidance.
Proactively solves problems while obtaining deep understanding of client needs
Identifies and facilitates revenue‑generating opportunities with our clients
Reviews customer complaints and concerns and seeks to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company
Demonstrate an attitude of learning and seek to understand client needs
Establishes milestones to keep other team members on task to deliver as promised to the customer
Understand customer goals, workflows, and challenges to ensure successful use and adoption of our software
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service or in a customer success position.
Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction.
Experience working with brand image and in promoting value through customer experience
Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
Strong technical understanding and the ability to communicate product information as it relates to the customer’s business needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of accountability and personal organization; ability to handle complexity, understanding priorities; tenacious and not easily discouraged
Track record of dependability, consistency, and follow‑through
Experience managing multiple accounts, projects, and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Pharmacy industry knowledge is preferred
Prior experience in a software technology environment preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related area strongly preferred
Location: Wichita, KS
