Hiring FT/PT Membership Sales Associate to work 1-3 shifts per location | 3-5 shifts per week.
South Tampa:

Riverview:

Below are our available shifts, schedule flexibility per availability: Opening:
Monday through Friday: 6:30a to 2:00p
Saturday and Sunday: 7:30a to 2:00p
Closing:
Monday through Friday: 2:00p to 9:15p or 1:00p to 5:00p
Saturday and Sunday: 2:00p to 8:15p

We Offer:
Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates
No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training.
All employees will receive hands‑on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy
Gain marketable skills! We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right candidate.
Once onboarded, we will provide tailored ongoing 1:1 support
Free to use our Infrared Saunas as much as you want outside of work schedule
We offer flexibility to choose shifts within our Saturday and Sunday schedules
Growth opportunities within Event support and future assistant manager opening with a pay increase.

Here's what you’ll be doing:
Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
Administer studio tours for new guests
Answer all questions about services and the facility
Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
