We Offer Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training. All employees will receive hands-on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy Gain marketable skills! We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right employee. Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the options below. Monday through Friday 630-12 pm Monday through Friday 12-4 pm Monday through Friday, 4:00-9:30 pm Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 am to 1:30 pm Saturday and Sunday: 1:30 to 7:30 pm Here's what you need to bring: A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service A consistently fantastic team-player attitude A verifiable history of excellent attendance Evening and weekend availability Here's what you’ll be doing: Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership Set reservations and book follow-up appointments Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome Administer studio tours for new guests Answer all questions about services and the facility Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area When you're ready to love your job and achieve your full potential, let's talk.
