Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
No experience is required. Comprehensive training is provided.
All employees receive hands‑on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy.
Gain marketable skills! With 30 years of combined sales experience we mentor the right employee.
Once onboarded, tailored ongoing 1:1 support is provided.
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday: 6:30‑12 pm, 12‑4:00 pm, 4‑9:30 pm
Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am‑12 pm, 12‑4 pm, 4‑8:30 pm
Qualifications
A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service
A consistently fantastic team‑player attitude
A verifiable history of excellent attendance
Evening and weekend availability
Responsibilities
Sell memberships with confidence in a commission‑based atmosphere
Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy
Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
Set reservations and book follow‑up appointments
Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
Administer studio tours for new guests
Answer all questions about services and the facility
Maintain a clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
