Position: Account Executive, K‑12 Sales – IA, MO (internally named Director of Educational Partnerships – DEP)
Location: Iowa and Missouri (remote; candidates must reside in territory)

Responsibilities
Achievement of quarterly and annual contracted revenue sales goals
Expense management that complies with company guidelines and demonstrates fiscal responsibility
Ability to present unique product offerings and comprehensive solutions to individuals and groups
Utilization of competition knowledge to inform sales strategy
Observing market trends and communicating insights to customers and colleagues
Solution selling, including account targeting and territory planning
Developing and nurturing customer relationships with key decision makers, including superintendents, district administrators, and school principals
Timely information sharing with sales management and internal partners
Conducting successful business meetings with decision makers in person, by phone, and via video conferencing
Technological proficiency with Salesforce.com, Outlook, Excel, and Word
Strong organization, technical capacity, initiative, results orientation, and diagnostic information gathering skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum five years of successful sales experience
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively (including overnights)
Experience in B2B sales within the K‑12 or education sector preferred
Travel Overnight travel is required, typically at least 50% of the time. In‑person attendance is required at quarterly departmental meetings and the annual corporate retreat.
Work Environment This is a field position that requires a home office based in the territory. Candidates must be able to maintain a dedicated, quiet workspace and manage personal obligations to ensure full productivity during work hours.
