Job Overview
Myriad Genetics is placing an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) for GeneSight in Mason, OH. The ISR will qualify and sell to healthcare providers, assist patients, and maintain a strong presence in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow‑up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions and maintain a consultative approach.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for closure.
Close sales and consistently achieve quarterly quotas.
Research existing and prospective accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
Maintain and expand your database of prospects and customers within your assigned territory.
Collaborate with sales partners to build a robust pipeline and close deals.
Conduct engaging virtual sales calls to educate customers and showcase our solutions.
Qualifications
BS/BA degree or equivalent.
Prior inside sales experience (healthcare experience a plus).
Excellent phone and communication skills with a consultative approach.
Adaptability to changing circumstances.
Proficient with Salesforce.com or similar CRM and corporate productivity tools.
Understanding of sales cycles and ability to track related data.
Strong listening, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time‑management and multi‑tasking abilities.
Physical Requirements Lifting 10 to 20 pounds of force frequently; stationary positioning; operating equipment necessary to perform essential job functions.
