Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments.
Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining clients.
Perform virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects.
Build strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries.

Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $43,000 with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 1 on‑target earnings $90,000‑$100,000; Year 2 $100,000‑$120,000. Includes comprehensive benefits (health, vision, dental), expense allowance, mileage reimbursement, hybrid sales environment, recognition and incentives, career path opportunities, 3‑week classroom and 9‑week field training, and a community‑focused culture.
