Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
$43,000
Year 1 on-target earnings: $90,000‑$100,000 (plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses)
Year 2 on-target earnings: $100,000‑$120,000 (plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses)
Uncapped commissions and bonus structure
Expense allowance and mileage reimbursement
Hybrid sales environment—home office and in-field work
Annual President’s Club Trip and other recognition incentives

3 weeks of classroom training, 9 weeks of field training, ongoing support

Key Responsibilities
Selling digital marketing solutions (websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, SEO) through a partnership selling model
Websites
Search Ads
Display Ads
Reviews & Reputation Management

Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
Grow own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions through strong account management
Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
Build strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries, ensuring each day is different
