At Hibu you will earn uncapped commissions while earning a base salary and full benefits.
Compensation Year 1 on‑target earnings: $100,000–$110,000, plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 on‑target earnings: $110,000–$130,000.
Responsibilities
Sell digital‑marketing solutions through a partnership selling model:
Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
Cold‑call business owners and prospect within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions through strong account management.
Perform virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects.
Build strong client relationships working across a wide variety of industries.
