Outside Commercial Sales Representative
who will sell
Electronic Security Equipment
in
Las Vegas
and surrounding areas.
Job Responsibilities
Call on commercial accounts in Las Vegas and surrounding areas.
Manage relationships with commercial businesses in need of security equipment.
Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of electronic security equipment and services.
Develop sales with commercial and industrial building owners/managers, colleges, K‑12, municipalities, and hospitals.
Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals.
Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Two (2) years of sales experience calling on commercial accounts preferable but not required.
Strong desire and ability to learn and compete in the security integration industry.
Technical aptitude to work with Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, Parking Revenue, Electrified Hardware, and other disciplines of electronic security.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to create detailed estimates and include product vendors and cabling subcontractors where applicable.
Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
Active hunter skilled in generating leads and developing new business.
Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals.
Maintain and update CRM daily.
Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
Other duties as assigned.
