Outside Commercial Sales Representative
who will sell
Electronic Security Equipment
in
Las Vegas
and surrounding areas. As a Security Integrator, the company offers product categories including Access Control Systems, CCTV Systems, Intrusion Alarm Systems, Parking Revenue Systems, ID Badge Systems, Intercoms/Emergency Phones, and Parking Control/Turnstiles. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Call on commercial accounts in the Las Vegas and surrounding areas and manage relationships with commercial businesses in need of security equipment. Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of electronic security equipment and services. Cultivate sales with commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in Las Vegas and surrounding areas. Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards. Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals. Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily. Other duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Two (2) years of sales experience calling on commercial accounts is preferred but not required. Strong desire and ability to learn and compete in the security integration industry. Technical aptitude to work with Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, Parking Revenue, Electrified Hardware, and other disciplines of electronic security. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Ability to create detailed estimates and include product vendors and cabling subcontractors where applicable. Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills. Must be an aggressive hunter skilled in generating leads and developing new business. Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards. Maintain and update CRM daily. Bachelor’s degree highly preferred. Other duties as assigned. Our benefit offerings include: Medical, dental, and vision options: Available on the 1st day of the month following your start date.
