We have partnered with a leading equipment dealership to hire an experienced
Regional Sales Manager
based in
South-Central Texas .
This role will
lead and coach sales teams
across multiple branches, driving growth while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be a proven player‑coach with extensive experience in the full sales cycle, deal closing, and relationship management. This individual must be able to coach, advise, and motivate salespeople to
build and sustain a high‑performing team.
Responsibilities
Lead and coach sales teams across multiple branch locations to achieve revenue and growth goals
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence
Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships while supporting the team in closing deals
Provide hands‑on coaching and mentorship, ensuring consistency in sales processes and customer engagement
Monitor sales performance, establish KPIs, and adjust strategies to ensure goals are met
Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities
Represent the dealership with professionalism and a customer‑first approach

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
5+ years of leadership experience in equipment, material handling, or industrial services industries
Demonstrated success leading and coaching sales teams, ideally across multiple branches
Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and closing skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/sales tracking tools
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, competitive environment while inspiring team success
