Our client is seeking an
Outside Sales Representative
based in
Southern Georgia. This role will oversee sales and customer service activities within an assigned territory. The OSR focuses on driving revenue growth, building lasting customer relationships, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through timely, effective service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, negotiating, and closing rental and equipment sales
Use CRM and ERP systems to track sales activity, build pipelines, and manage opportunities
Develop new business from existing, dormant, and competitor accounts
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to adjust strategies
Deliver equipment demonstrations, product presentations, and coordinate field support as needed
Collaborate across departments to cross-sell services and maintain high service standards
Ensure timely order fulfillment, address customer issues, and manage rental replacements if needed
Monitor customer accounts and assist with collections when necessary
Maintain strong product knowledge, including equipment valuations for trades

Previous experience in equipment sales, rental, or a related industry
Strong understanding of local market conditions and customer needs
Experience in equipment rental is a plus
Proven track record in sales and customer service
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
