Outside Sales Representative
based in
Washington
to help grow their market presence in the Pacific Northwest. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business and managing relationships with contractors, industrial clients, and project managers. This individual will drive revenue growth by identifying customer needs, presenting rental solutions, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a defined sales territory by prospecting new customers and maintaining existing accounts Promote rental equipment solutions to customers across construction, industrial, and commercial sectors Conduct job site visits and client meetings to assess equipment needs and offer tailored solutions Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and rental agreements Collaborate with internal teams including operations, dispatch, and service to ensure seamless delivery and customer experience Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activity, opportunities, and customer interactions Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge Meet or exceed sales goals, rental volume targets, and customer service expectations For more information on this position or the full job description, please contact BG Aguirre at Herk & Associates: Qualifications
2+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in equipment rental, construction, or industrial sectors Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet sales targets Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally within the region Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status.
