Our client, an organization in the heavy equipment and trucking industry, is seeking an experienced
Sales Representative
to
build and grow a new territory
in
Southeast
Wisconsin.
This outside sales role offers a unique opportunity to establish strong customer relationships and drive new business in an expanding market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with customers throughout the assigned territory.
Present and demonstrate equipment solutions to meet customer needs.
Support customers from initial contact through delivery and the full lifecycle of the sale.
Use a consultative sales approach to build trusted partnerships and identify opportunities.
Stay informed on competitive offerings to maintain a strong market position.
Accurately document customer activity and forecasts in CRM.
Assist customers with available financing options.
Maintain a valid driver’s license and meet requirements to obtain a CDL.

Previous outside sales experience, ideally in
heavy equipment ,
heavy trucking , or a related industry.
Clean driving record and ability to obtain a CDL (Class B).
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn product specifications.
Must reside within or near the assigned territory.
